Dear Asshole Miami Heat fans,
As you know, in typical NBA Finals fashion, the nerves are at an all time high. But the most important thing to never lose sight of is that despite the Spurs' insane shooting (who the fuck are you Danny Green?? & Duncan and Parker kill me), never never never give up on the 2012 Miami Heat Champions. Why are you such assholes, leaving the game with 30 seconds left in the game? Just because we were trailing the Spurs by 5 points?

30 seconds in basketball time might as well be 5 minutes. Because guess what you assholes missed? Ray Allen circa Boston Celtics with 5.2 seconds left. The most clutch 3-pointer I have ever seen (which of course was not immune to having the blind refs from reviewing - it was clearly a 3!). You walked out! You left! Granted, I'm not from Miami.. nor do I even really like the city that much.. or South Florida.. or Florida.. or the south. But I chose to be a Heat fan (well, it was a trade between my boyfriend and I. He became a Mets fan for me and I became a Heat fan for him. He received heartbreak and heartburn with the Mets and I got myself a championship ring). If you can afford Game 6 tickets, why not wait 30 seconds? Why not support your team? I get it, you like white-outs. It's like a Diddy white party. I just didn't get the memo that being a bandwagon fan was cool. While you guys were going to your car to "beat traffic," I was in a poorly ventilated apartment in Midtown East with my heart pounding out of my chest and watching Lebron (and my boyfriend) near tears. But guess what? It was followed by the most beautiful rebound by Bosh and shot by Ray. Oh, and an overtime win. But I'm sure you probably know that by now and I'm glad you had a chance to upload some #whitehotheat pics to Instagram and Twitter and Facebook and whatever else platform you fancy. Hope you got a lot of likes.
Love always,
Lindsay

PS: I already have a serious case of dirty-pants for Game 7 and it's not even Thursday.
