Yes, the NBA draft last night had memorable moments. I mean, it was Commish Stern's 30th & last one (and was faced with merciless boo's the entire time). And Shane Battier got some great face-time (Mrs.Battier is one lucky lady). But the real highlight for these good but not as dazzling as prior years youngins getting drafted (for me) was creepin' on them like an old lady. These kids were born in the 1990s. Like practically the mid-90s. I lost count of how many times I said, "Oh. Hello" to the TV screen as some college sophomore in a very well fitted and super stylish suit was called on stage. It's just wrong. And who is dressing these kids?? So many questions. Life questions, especially. Blake & I sit on our couch (that is almost 7 years old) in our tiny studio apartment on the second floor in the city. These are 18 year olds. We're in our (cough)mid-to-late-ish(cough) twenties. Sigh. I digress.
Here are a few of my "Oh. Hello" moments (photos from the NBA's Instagram):

Oh, hello adorable crisp bow-tie (and his Kansas jersey inside was even more adorbs). |
 |
Oh, hello boy putting Norris Cole's hair to shame. Wait, your name practically rhymes with Norris Cole. (Hope your knee gets better!) |
 |
Oh, hello Ukranian kid from Maryland U. Cute Suns hat ya got there. |
& I might as well "link up" as the cool kids say, since i'm new to blogging for myself and not for work.
