seventeen days later...

... And I'm already missing the wardrobe of my pre-government agency days (aka: pre-July 1st). Yes, I still have weekends (well, most weekends) but despite what my credit card bills from Loft (their constant 60%-off sales have sucked me in), the Spanx that I require to look good in amazing pencil skirts aren't my favorite thing (probably because I'm spending anywhere from 8 to 13 hours in them.. in NYC.. in the summer.. in an office with terrible ventilation - seriously though, I love my new job).

I've enjoyed Walking in Memphis' blog for what feels like a while now, so I figured that now that I have a blog of my own it's about time I "link up." Now is as good a time as ever with the trend spin being prints and patterns. Although I am by no means a fashion blogger nor do I have pictures accordingly, I did adore the Lucca Couture dress I wore around the end of June for our wine-tasting tour of Long Island's North Fork. Honestly, all I needed was a ridiculous hat because I felt like Blossom.

I don't think I could smile bigger if I try.

    1. Thanks so much Laura! I'm working with NYC candidates at the Campaign Finance Board. It's a stretch from my previous lives in marketing for a private company and doing social media for an elected official. Thank you for stopping by :)
